Neil Deb is Head of Campus Operations at the University of Hull London, bringing extensive leadership experience across the education sector, from Early Years through to Higher Education.

At the London Campus, Neil leads multidisciplinary teams focused on creating a supportive, engaging and high-quality student experience. He also brings experience in multi-site and national operations management within the health and leisure sector, with particular strengths in building high-performing teams, improving systems and delivering excellent service.
