Your tutors and academic support
Every student is allocated a personal tutor to provide academic guidance throughout their studies. In your third trimester, you’ll also have a dissertation supervisor to support you with your final project.
You’ll have access to dedicated academic English and study skills support, including sessions designed to help you prepare for your extended project or dissertation.
As a University of Hull student, you can also access the University’s Study Skills resources, including webinars, self-access videos and one-to-one tutorials.
Career ready
Your support goes beyond your studies. As a University of Hull student, you’ll have access to the University’s Careers Service, including one-to-one careers guidance, CV support, interview preparation and webinars designed with the London job market in mind.
You’ll also have opportunities to connect your studies with the professional world through activities such as guest speakers and field trips, helping you explore industries and think about your future career.
