Neil is a results-oriented leader with comprehensive experience spanning the entire education sector, from Early Years through to Higher Education. As Head of Campus Operations at the University of Hull London, he leads multidisciplinary teams to cultivate a supportive, engaging, and enriching environment that enhances the student experience.

Neil also brings a strong background in multi-site and national operations management within the Health and Leisure sector, where he has driven strategic improvements and successfully navigated complex challenges through effective stakeholder collaboration. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimising systems, and delivering outstanding service in every facet of his work.
